Quick, polite and clean. A little cramped, feel like you're going into a changing room, but they make the most of a small space.
Really good wax, comfortable and not as painful as some others. Very reasonable price.

Went for a pedicure, not very good came out with the same hard skin, just mainly had my feet washed

It is a bit of an awkward location, purely because of how small it was. The doors meant that every time my waxer came in and out I was exposed, which wasn't great! There were some empty single cream containers which didn't help. However my waxer was lovely and kept me distracted!
