The Beauty Salon is really hard to find.
I've done waxing before at another salon and there my skin didn't get that red and hurt that much. I don't know if I'd go there again.

Arrived at my Hollywood wax appointment a little early, the building was a bit awkward to find, it's right opposite new street station and accessed through a door by Costa Cofffee. Annette was very welcoming and asked if this was my first time, I told her it was. Annette was very good and I experienced little to no pain due to how quick she was. I'd read and heard about too many horror stories with pain so I was pleasantly surprised. I think the procedure was done in about 15 mins, my hair wasn't that thick or coarse though. Annette kept talking to me throughout which took my mind off the pain. All in all a very good experience and I'd definitely recommend it to my family or friends.

It was a great facial and completed in a very professional way. All that was missing was some quiet music in the background, classical or even Zen style music would've created a bit more of a relaxing ambience.
