The ambience could have been better, with perhaps relaxing music and less lighting when i had my back and facial massage. the facial treatment was very long. however, overall great value for money and no complaints!
Below average unfortunately as very noisy and far too cold for me in the treatment rooms. Also to make the booking it was very difficult, the various times i phoned to book, the staff were not very helpful and the customer service was quite poor

really great place...enjoyed every bit of it ..vey relaxing and all for just 10 pounds wow! i recommend anyone to go there for a day get away... you'll be mad to miss out on this bargin!

Got a great deal using the MOB deal, for the price paid the treatment was amazing and I felt so great when I came out the salon, was even complimented in Starbucks on how good my skin looked. The therapist was really nice and explained exactly what she was doing and how the treatments worked. She really put me at ease. The shop is small and they have done the best they can - yes you can hear other people having their treatments but I can't say I found it noisy or that I wasn't relaxed because of it, also don't think it was dirty. It is a bit small and possibly cramped as they don't have that much space - but being in a listed building I guess the changes they can make are minimal
I got a really good deal off this site so I cant really complain. The therapist was very nice and the massage was good. Bur the salon was cramped and not very clean. I could hear everything that was going on in the other rooms so wanst very relaxing. It is reasonably cheap but I dont think I would go back and pay full price for a treatment here.
