I bought a voucher for Hollywood waxing and eye brow waxing.
I had no difficult in booking an appointment, and was greeted by a friendly member of staff.
I had my treatment by an equally friendly and chatty member of staff.
The premises is quite small and the treatment room i was in was right next to the waiting area so had anyone had been waiting for their treatment they would have over heard everything.
There also didnt seem to be any toilet facilities....
Having said this i would attend there again for special offers.

Went to this salon with my boyfriend for some pre wedding pampering! The salon is very small but the staff and treatments were good and with the mob deal it worked out very good value for money! If you want a decent treatment in the centre of birmingham (ideal city centre location) then this could be for you, if you want a relaxng environment with a luxury feel then i would say go elsewhere.

it was a wounderful experience the staff were friendly and made my visit really special and personal, the facial was so relaxing and enjoyable. the sliming treatment was short but very effective. the massage was so firm and enjoyable.
i would recommend this offer and this salon to others any time

I'd booked this for a Chrimbo prezzie for my sister and decided to go with her. Unfortunately it proved difficult to find a mutually suitable date so left it a bit late to book. However, the staff were really helpful, and whilst our appointments had to be separated they did their best to reduce our waiting times by multi-tasking!
Whilst this salon was pretty small and cosy, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the treatments received. Our therapist was really friendly and made us feel very at ease. The massage was so relaxing that I could have happily stayed there all day! We came away feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated...ideal as we'd been out for my daughter's 18th the night before!
The only downside was that they didn't have toilet facilities on the premises but they were able to take us to a facility just 2 doors away- slightly inconvenient but otherwise wonderful service.
I would definitely recommend and would happily go again...especially at such good value for money.

Unfortunately I was unable to redeem my voucher as when I tried to book my treatment with finishing touches I was told that they were only taking bookings when cancellations were made as everyone had left it too the last minute to book their treatment, when I asked if they had realised that only a small percentage of vouchers had been redeemed prior to the closing date would they not of expected an influx of bookings and staffed accordingly? I was told that was not anything to do with them, on the whole very disappointing I tried to book more than 10 days before the end of offer date to no avail A waste of £10. so therefore not really a saving.
