I come to this salon regularly for my Hollywood wax and the staff are all incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. I’ve never been unhappy with my treatments and I’m usually in and out very quickly as they’re very efficient and always prepared for their customers. Cleanliness is great and the building is right in the middle of the city centre so really convenient if you work in and around Birmingham. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
