I had the most amazing massage! It was relaxing and invigorating at the same time. Lisa is very knowledgeable and attentive and I having had a gruelling work life all of July and some of August, I needed someone to work out the knots in my back and shoulders, and did. I will definitely be visiting again.

The lady on reception is very rude and needs to change her attitude towards customers. She has no people skills and potentially could cost the salon loss of custom. Considering she is the first person that you come into contact with, she could be a lot nicer towards people.
Annette on the other hand was lovely and made me feel at ease. Thank you Annette.
Please speak to the receptionist on ground floor before she costs the business a lot of customers.
