Went for a massage with Shandy for the first time. She managed to find the source of my lower back pain which was actually in the sides or my legs and bottom. First time I've actually screamed in a massage but the muscles were so tight and although it was painful, it was much needed. She's been doing this for over 50 years but she's still a strong woman and knows the body intuitively. Would definitely recommend her!
