Ingrid is so warm and welcoming, that you really feel at home on entering the salon. She listens carefully to my requests as well as giving very good advice on styles most suitable for my hair type. We have lovely conversations as well. Rose, who washed my hair, is also a very friendly person. All in all, it's a great experience!
