Just a side observation. I loved watching ingrid with customers. She is so good at her job. Just really caring and puts a lot of effort into making the person feel happy/ comfortable/ at ease.

Great gel manicure and pedicure with Ashlin, which has lasted nearly 2 weeks already even though I’ve been in and out the pool lots!
Ashlin did a great job with gel removals. She didn't use the aggressive filing tool, which I think damages the nail bed. She chatted all the way through the process giving advice on how to care for my nails. Superb manicure. My nails looked and felt really healthy. Ashlin made me feel reassured and confident.
