The lady who did my nails was very nice however she has not received the appropriate training to work in a nail salon. She didn’t have any knowledge on how to remove nail extensions and damaged my nature nails severely during her attempts, causing quite a lot of pain. I suffered two deep cuts whilst she was removing dead skin around the nail which kept bleeding throughout. When the new set of nail extensions were finally on, I noticed that they are all different shapes and sizes but after being in there for over 2 hours due to her incompetency, I couldn’t bare spending any more of my time waiting for her to re-do them. This salon has so much potential but they need to train their staff!

Cute venue but was running out of supplies (only one gel drying machine) so had delays. Not all the aestheticians there are of the same level, the one I had didn’t seem to have much experience and had to redo the same nails a few times. Would not return to this salon.
