I went for a haircut after trying to grow out a tricky haircut to grow out that I didn't like too much anymore. Amy was really honest about what we could do about it, as well as making sure I was happy with what she was going to do. She also told me how to style it in the awkward stage and a plan of action to get back to how I want it - really lovely and will now be my regular hairdressers :)
