First time visiting Finch after seeing some curly cuts Tyler had done on insta. I came in with a picture in my head and some phone photos that kind of represented it. Ty was so patient, asking good questions and listening to my rambley explanations so that he understood fully. He took a lot of time and care getting it right for my curl pattern, and the final cut was exactly what I had pictured. He was also just lush to chat on with, and Finch itself was a lovely calming space. Will be back ☺️

I found the salon to be nice and relaxing, which, for me, being Autistic and full of anxiety, made me feel more at ease and relaxed. Tyler was very reassuring with me, asked me questions about what I wanted and used visual aids to help me decide on the look I wanted and was very soft spoken. Tyler also was not all about conversation, which, when I booked my appointment, I stated that, being Autistic, I may not be able to engage. Overall 10/10 and will be booking in again for my next haircut.
