Manicure didn't last even few days. It is quite visibly uneven. I was overcharged by 2 pounds. There was a fire alarm during my appointment which prolonged it for around 40mins - I wasn't even offered a discount.

Kasia was really friendly, welcoming, made me feel at ease. Kasia was really good at the treatment. The downsides were I was really freezing during the treatment, the noise of the music from the salon was really loud & off-putting, I couldn’t relax & eventually had to ask for the music to be turned down but it didn’t help, I don’t know when the towels on the bed were last changes but they smelt heavily of sweat, oil’s and generally musty, there were stains on the duvet cover.

We booked in for a signature back and shoulders massage while on a trip to Edinburgh and it was the most amazing experience. The staff were wonderful, the service amazing, highly recommend! Kasia was absolutely brilliant!
