Super happy with the ELIM pedicure! Kasia was really professional, and the general vibe in the salon was luxurious, down to details like ice in the water 👌 Will definitely book again in the future

Had badly done BIAB at another salon so went to F&F for a removal. I assumed it would get soaked off or gently removed but it was shaved off with a buffing tool which isn’t what I wouldn’t have expected and my nails are now unfortunately damaged and feel really thin. I understand the previous BIAB may have caused some of the damage but as the service was £22 for removal I expected better.
