Natalie made me feel comfortable and well looked after. I'd never had a back facial before but went to Natalie to help with some stubborn new spots after reading another good review on here and had a wonderful experience. I already see improvements and really appreciated how thorough and attentive Natalie was to my skin concerns. I will definitely be back!
