It was my first time, from the time I walked in, I felt comfortable. At every stage Natalie explained what she was doing and why.
The best was, she did not try to sale me anything until she had seen what I use on my face.

I had a facial two days ago and my skin just keeps getting better. Natalie was so diligent but friendly and I had a great time. My skin was so clear and glowing immediately after, and in the days since I’ve noticed a total transformation. The dark circles under my eyes which I thought I would have forever are miraculously plumped and clear! I’m booking my next appointment right now. Thanks Natalie!!

Natalie is brilliant. She is very knowledgeable and has lot's of experience so is able to tailor any treatment to meet your needs. She is informative and I always leave my appointment with a blissful glow that lasts. Natalie has healing hands and I'm so lucky that the she is only walking distance from my home, even if she wasn't I'd certainly travel the miles to make that treatment.
