Natalie was amazing. I was confused at what treatment I initially wanted and she listened to all my concerns before recommending a treatment to book in for. She creates the perfect relaxing atmosphere and constantly checks in on how I am finding the treatment. I’ve had terrible skin irritation lately and with Natalie’s recommendations it’s improved significantly. She’s always kind, warm, welcoming and genuinely cares for her clients.
