It was my first treatment with Natalie and I was blown away from start to finish. The room is gorgeous and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Her facial is so thorough, incredibly relaxing as the massage was insane. Then I had a micro-needling, she was so reassuring, had great knowledge and generally very friendly and fun to talk with. She has great after care as she checked in the next session to check i’m healing well. I’ve already booked my next session and I can’t wait. A true gem!
