Natalie was so welcoming and so professional. She eased me into the treatment and checked in with me throughout, making sure I was okay. Infrared Sauna Wrap is perhaps not a treatment that many people would choose but I would highly recommend it - I felt amazing afterwards. Having sweat out a lot of toxins, I felt lighter physically and mentally.
