Welcome was a bit odd. I had never been there before and I was not sure if person sitting on the sofa is working there or not. Therapist was running a bit late. I was not offered to take a seat or a drink. Didn't feel welcome or comfortable.
Treatment itself was really good, quick and pain free. Therapist waa very nice and friendly.

This is the first deep facial cleanse and extraction I've ever had. Natalie was excellent. She put me at ease and has a good sense of humour. The facial was relaxing and also included a neck and shoulder massage, which was great! Natalie explained exactly what she was doing as she went along and gave great advice on how to improve my skin care. My milia and blackheads have disappeared and skin looks great. Have booked in for another cleanse soon.
