Natalie was amazing and she did a good job. The only thing is my skin got irritated after waxing and is still peeling 4 days later. So rating 4 stars just because of my skin reaction. Otherwise, would have rated 5 stars.

Great cleansing facial. I have quite sensitive skin so was a little scared. I felt listened too by Natalie and she reassured by her knowledge about skin. I had to admit I was very red after the treatment but that calmed down in a day. My skin is much clearer and I will be booking another treatment in a few weeks. The shoulder massage included was a great bonus 😀
