Natalie was great! She's always friendly and great at making you feel relaxed and at ease. She always makes sure my waxing experiences are relatively pain-free and over really fast, plus the results are perfect. The location is spotlessly clean, and has a really wonderful ambience. I'd always recommend getting a wax here.
