This was my second appointment with Natalie and I loved it even more than the first time. She's fantastic with an amazing 16 years experience on facials. I can see the improvement from the first appointment. Totally worth it.

everything is great overall. the only thing I would point out is the timing. I arrived right on time at 3 p.m. for my 90 min massage, I was kept waiting for 15 minutes and with changing and everything, it wasn't until 25 mins past 3 that my massage started. but somehow my 90 minutes massage still finished at 4.30 sharp... it is still good value for money, but I was not expecting a 90 minutes massage to be cut 25 minutes short. I wish the clinic could take waiting and changing time into consideration for future bookings to not compromise treatment time :) Absolutely loved it though, deeply relaxing and great ambience.
