I had a great experience and a lovely facial, the therapist was wonderful, the only reason i have given 4 stars is that on arrival i was told there was a problem with the machine and she wasnt able to offer the oxygen facial as booked, but created a different kind of bespoke facial for me instead of cancelling all together, which was actually very good and i did appreciate, but was slightly grating to not have honoured what i had booked for. The salon is peaceful and clean and the therapist had a really nice manner, i will come back.
