Really really upset with my haircut. I asked to keep the length and my overall length is a lot shorter. Cut a shape into the front of my hair that doesn't suit my face. Also asked for a curly blowdry and the final result was just a mess. In fairness they offered to fix it but by this point I was just scared as to how much worse it would get. Staff friendly, salon nice but it's going to take ages to get my hair back to how I wanted it to be and I'm now going home to restyle my hair myself, so I wish I hadn't wasted my money. I'm really sorry to do this, I never leave bad reviews but I am really upset about the outcome of this one.
