I LOVE my long bob haircut. I showed a picture and got exactly what I wanted! Will be back.
The salon is very basic – but that's expected given the cost of the treatment. However, they added on an extra £50 for the length of my hair (which is as short as I described – chin level) and for toner. Total came to £120, which is what I would have paid for a high quality hair salon, so left feeling really done-over. The hairdresser doesn't speak English, which meant that another guy who somewhat lacked patience, had to do a rushed consultation at the start. Happy with the highlights though.
I had a great experience. The team was very welcoming, and all clients left the salon happy. Laura was great and precise, which I really appreciated. The only minor detail which I would have changed is having a more thorough discussion about the haircut beforehand. The haircut was great nonetheless, so it ultimately wasn't an issue. Also, I had booked for a short haircut thinking my hair was short, but apparently I was wrong and charged extra. I wish this was clearer on website. Will def revisit
