Honestly so so lovely! My hair was a mess after lockdown and was full of split ends and burnt ends (I had an encounter with a candle whilst in the bath!) but Gioana was friendly, helpful and so great, she cut my hair and explained what cut would work for hiding the damage and gave advice on how to look after it and style it - couldn’t have asked for any better really. My hair looks so nice now and looks incredibly healthy thank you so much!
