I had free hand balayage and my dead hair chopped off with letting laura cut off what she thought needed to be done. I said also wanted more volume and not just one length as I felt my hair looked full. She’s now transformed my hair and I live for it. She’s amazing. She’s so friendly aswell with great eye to detail. I am looking forward to going back in October
