Best place to go! Was amaze with the results and lovely customer service, very friendly and makes you feel welcome! The care and professionalism with my hair was outstanding! Will be back 100% ! I was super happy with my haircut and my blowdry was the best I've ever had. However, the salon itself was a bit disappointing. It looked run down and messy. I thought it was closed or that I has come to the wrong place because the reception was dark and didn't look like a proper reception. The overall atmosphere and look was not professional or put together. It is a shame because it does not reflect the quality of the service.

Absolutely love my hair done by Laura at Figaro, couldn’t be happier with it. The staff there clearly have experience and are very skilled/confident in what they are doing. The only criticism I would have is that the atmosphere wasn’t fantastic, no one to greet me at the door, no one asked for my name etc and had to walk round the corner of the room before I was acknowledged. Overall I would definitely recommend due to the fantastic outcome of my hair.
