The lovely, friendly men made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped inside. Great wash, cut and blowdry. Will come again!
Very please with my new haircut!
really friendly staff and my hairdresser listened to what I wanted yet gave me some great suggestions.
I’ve been here once before for this treatment and paid an extra £70 for the product used and it was the same this time so that’s fine. Again the hairdresser took his time doing the treatment methodically and small sections at a time. Reason for 4 star instead of 5 is this time they changed me £29 for a wash and blow dry at the end of the treatment when they washed out the product. I thought this was part in the price already paid given the product must be washed out - and I checked what I paid last time and I was right, last time I wasn’t charged extra for this! In addition to being charged it was definitely not the best blow dry I’ve ever had. Because of this disappointing extra charge I didn’t leave a tip this time.

This was the worst blow dry I have ever had in my life. The end result was so far from what I was hoping for and the opposite of the straight/ slick look I was expecting (having had a blow dry every 3 weeks for last 5 years). My hair was triangular bush, frizzy and completely puffy. I should have been wary by the fact that the salon was completely empty at Friday lunchtime...The whole experience was really uncomfortable and I felt my hairdresser was not fully trained at all; fumbling with the hairdryer and tools, parting my hair in a bizarre way and taking far, far too long. What made the experience even worse was the fact that I was on the way to a wedding to had to spend the journey straightening my own hair on the train. To top it all off I was rudely informed (after I expressed my distain) that I was to be charged £27 as opposed to £23 as my hair was longer than what I had originally stated in my booking. My hair is by no stretch of the imagination considered long; it is very much shoulder/ medium length. The worst £27 I have ever spent..avoid this establishment like the plague. I will add however, that the head message I had whilst my hair was being washed was really lovely and relaxing.
