Gioana totally understood what I wanted and she gave me very good advice about which haircut could be better for me. The staff in general was very kind and the place is very cozy. I totally recommend it!

Cut and blow dry was fine. But when the hairdresser was talking about a mask conditioner she did not mention it was an additional service to the wash I booked so I was quite surprised to be charged extra money at the end of my appointment. Would recommend making it clear if something is premium/additional and not part of the booking. You should not assume that your customer is knowledgable in hairdressing to know that the word mask = more money. Looking at reviews this isn’t the first time customers have been unexpectedly been charged for extra services.
But otherwise nice enough place.
