Unhygienic as a whole - the same towel is used on your face and constantly rinsed in a bowl of dirty water. Very rough on the face and left scratches. Low quality products used, aggravating the skin. Would not go again. Only the mini massage was good.

I came in with really thick acrylic nails, which Bea took her time to get off. It could have been more gentle as at times it almost felt like burning, however I appreciate that this was really difficult! The gel extensions were incredible. Two weeks in and they’re still perfect.

Liked the result but I had to wait for over 15min for my appointment to start during which time no one came to greet me or tell me how long I’d be delayed. Otherwise it was fine.
