The staff were lovely, so accommodating and friendly. The therapist kept checking in with me to see if everything was ok. Though it was not the best waxing I’ve had, felt she could have waited for the wax to dry completely before pulling it as sometimes I can feel the wax being pulled in half and it was somewhat painful. And I found it a bit weird as they stand there (back to you) as you undress. Other places would have them leave the room and come knocking after a few mins.

I have been to this salon before and had a great manicure but it wasn’t up to scratch this time. My nails were left looking messy and the cuticles weren’t dealt with properly. I’m very sorry to say as the previous experience was much better!

Really welcoming staff and a lovely clean venue. The manacurist was great at the cuticle and shaping work and there was a good choice of colours. The only thing stopping this being 5 stars is the varnish is chipped a bit already and it's not even been a week, but I guess for the price you can't complain. It wouldn't stop me going back, could have just been a one-off.
