Awful, awful, awful!! Worst experience of my life. I was meant to have a 30 min hair conditioning and scalp treatment. I had neither. Firstly I was attended to by a rude, heavy-handed and harsh male staff member. He washed my hair so roughly then put the tiniest amount of 'hair mask' on my hair, only combed half my hair and put my hair in a plastic bag then put the hair dryer over me and didn't put the timer on, luckily I timed it and turned it off after 15 mins (he obviously forgot) then he wash my hair again (roughly) and I asked him to not be so rough which he then rudely replied back by saying that's how I wash hair. I said to him that I didn't enjoy the experience but I will still pay to which he argued back say yes you will pay and that's how I do the treatment. I have never been treated so badly in my life and I will not be going back again. I really do not recommend this so-called salon!!!!

I went their via Treatwell and was very pleased ! its got good competitive staff, and very friendly personal atmosphere. Would def recommend.

Came here for a cut & highlight and really pleased with the result. All hairdressers seem experienced and willing to help. At par with the expensive salons out there without the fus - do give it a try & you will not be disappointed

This is a very nice sho, not posh but it was perfect for a girls cut. I'd recommend to anyone. I've also had a blowout there and it was great.

I got highlights, haircut and blow dry and my 10year old son got the best hair cut he has ever had, I really rate mine also. Michael did a terrific job on my fine hair and Georgina did a great job on my boys. I'm hoping to take my daughter back before we leave England and have a mother daughter haircut/blow dry.
