The haircut and colour was great. Georgina spent time understanding my requirements and gave me lots of compliments when I left. The only improvement was that some of the highlights were a little bulky/streaky in some areas which isnt as natural as i would have liked.

I arrived at Georgina on time, but had to wait 30 minutes while the supposed Director I paid for did a blow dry, which I didn't mind as I wasn't in a hurry. When I sat down I explained that I wanted a darker shade of blonde so he slapped about 10 foils on to my head and then grabbed what he called 'American' colour and sloshed that between the foils like a two five yearold not sure how to complete a play putty task. All the while he was doing this the owner/ manager sat next to me blowdrying her hair and complaining about doing it herself. I was waiting for someone to appear and tell me I was on candid camera. This all took approximately an hour and 15 minutes and my roots came out a delightful brassy shade.

Michael is a great colourist and always does my hair beautifully. The whole salon is lovely; clean, nicely done and all staff very friendly. The only downside is that parking is a nightmare (nowhere to park and very expensive!!), however this is obviously not the salons fault.
