Ran clearly knew what he was doing with colour. He assessed the natural tones in my hair and chose the right toner to make sure I was super happy with the colour! When I've had balayage before I've found that the colour goes quite brassy but Ran managed to make it a lovely ashy blonde! Amazing value for money and I'll definitely make this my regular. Also I payed for a "rough dry" but got so much more than that as Ran wanted me to really appreciate the finished product. SO happy
