When I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, I was seated at reception. I was then informed that my stylist had left sincs she had accidentally cut herself.
This happened after my lunch time appointment had already been rescheduled to a late afternoon appointment, without even asking me if this was okay.
Eventually I got seated just over 20 minutes later than my already rescheduled appointment, with a different stylist due to aforementioned reason.
He was very friendly however the quality of the job delivered was poor - I had asked to equalise the length across my head due to a recent hair transplant, but he failed to do this and the length eventually was all over the place.
A real shame - I certainly do not recommend anybody going here on the basis of this ecperience.
