Turned up for my appointment at 1.30, was told to be seated and my hairdresser will be with me shortly.
Half an hour later someone came over to me to ask who I am waiting for, I said Georgina. He then said oh I just had a text from Georgina to say she won’t be coming in until 4pm. Followed by excuses saying oh I just got the text.
Someone should be monitoring appointment requests and let me know before making the trip. Not after 30mins of sitting there!
Thanks for wasting my time.

Tried this salon for the first time. Had a decent haircut for the price I paid, I am not fully satisfied with the result but i should have probably been more detailed in my request. The staff is nice and friendly
