I went to Fi for my first ever wax and she made me feel so comfortable from that first appointment! I only planned to get a wax for a holiday, now 2 years later I still regularly see Fi, the retreat is so lovely, I can’t recommend Fi enough!

Really enjoyed my visit to Fi's. Such a lovely atmosphere and clean. Had an eyebrow shape this time and loved them! Have also had Dermaplaning done on a previous visit with Fi and was delighted with the outcome - again extremely professional and great attention to detail.

Amazing in every way, from start to finish, starting with a warm welcome, the place is spotlessly clean and you’re made to feel a million dollars and so well looked after by Fiden.
