This was my daughter’s first facial and she was very nervous about it, but Fi made her feel comfortable and relaxed, and gave her loads of advice about how to look after her skin. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the experience, loved the results and now feels more confident knowing what she needs to do to take care of her teenage skin. We’ll definitely be back.

Had my first micro needling session as part of my plan to have facials more frequently. Felt a little apprehensive before I went as didn't know what to expect but Fi put me completely at ease and once again had a wonderful treatment.
