FHD Lees and and their salon in Harrogate are just the best... it's like having an afternoon off in a busy World! I just love the atmosphere, the gossip, the fun! You're surrounded by people who just love making you feel at home. Where else do you go and sit for hours not doing anything... here you're treated like one of the family. Nothing is too much trouble. Treatments are done efficiently and well and you always come out feeling a million dollars. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone... young, old, male or female! They treat everyone the same... (ask for a head massage, I nearly drop off every time!).
Went to salon as a birthday treat from my husband and I was totally thrilled with both my hair and beauty treatments. Craig the hairdresser talked to me about the best colour and style for me as I wanted a change and emma who was the beauty therapist was so helpful as I can never choose a colour and she pointed me in the right direction for the outfit I was going to wear for my night out.......I had a lovely morning at this salon and will definitely be back.
I go regularly for a cut and colour - the stylist Luke is amazing. So funny! The salon is friendly and you get great service every time! I also get my eyebrows done and again cannot compliment them highly enough.
Always have a professional job done in a very friendly manner!
From the moment I walked into the salon, I received a warm grating from the business owner Luke. Which was really impressive to say how busy he was. Whilst waiting I was offered a warm drink, and the music in the background was great. I had my hair cut which was great, I then had my back waxed again was great.
I would recommend this salon to anyone, the interaction and customer service is at an impressive level, you will not be disappointed
