I don't usually post many reviews, but Kevin was brilliant! I went in for a root tint yesterday and felt completely at ease and knew I was in trusted hands as Kevin took over and advised me what would suit me in a changing colour, yet still look natural enough for my type of hair... and if the fantastic colour job he had done on my hair wasn't enough, he had also blow dry-ed and styled it at the end, with adding various curls into my hair, making it look absolutely fabulous! Also, to add to the experience, I really felt at ease to just have a chat and a giggle with Kevin, he really seems dedicated to his job and treats his clients equally well. And to top it all off, they had offered me a cup of coffee while I was waiting and had given some lovely chocolate biscuits too, just something that was a little extra, but it went a long way. Both Kevin and Sophie were great company for a Tuesday morning full of pampering. Thank you Fey Sanctuary, I will be returning!
Cancelled by text message 15 minutes before the appointment despite having paid in advance and received a confirmation email from Treatwell. Haven't yet received a refund, with Fey stating that they never received the money and Treatwell ignoring 2 emails that I have sent asking about it. Won't be using Treatwell or Fey Sanctuary again, very unprofessional and awful customer service.
