I have been going to Festival Beauty since 3 years now after struggling so long to find a good waxing beauty therapist. Kirti is just amazing, very quick/skilled and caring. The results are always great (no unwanted hair remaining/smooth skin). The last time I felt slightly more sensitive to pain (early morning), but she still managed to make the whole experience as painless and comfortable as possible.

This wasn’t cheap for the service - I had the Russian volume extensions on Saturday. By Sunday half of the them had fallen off. By Monday, they had all gone. The lady was lovely. I’ve never encountered this before - the adhesive may have been faulty but they literally just fell off - thankfully, none of my own lashes went with them
