I requested that the hair around my ears should not be layered as it is so fine and that I needed my ears covered as much as possible. However I was very disappointed to find that neither request was followed and I now have to wait weeks for my hair to grow to the way it should already be. I must say that the rest of my haircut is very good and that Jacqui was both very friendly and professional.
