I turned up for my treatment (underarm and hollywood waxing) and was informed my reservation was not on the system (despite having received multiple confirmation emails from Treatwell). The therapist however was very accommodating and offered to slot me in slightly later. This was my first Hollywood wax and she made me feel very comfortable, ensuring the experience was quick and as painless as possible. Will be going back!

Nice and friendly staff, but they could improve cleanliness e.g. wear gloves when doing waxing particularly for bikini or brazilian
