I suffer from back pain due to my daily routine and work. The service helped me to relieve my muscle tension.
Fedra was really helpful and kind during the whole session, also asking me if I was doing or feeling fine along the service. I absolutely recommend her.
The place was clean and tidy and easy to find as it is near the tube station.
That helped me to find a near and nice place where to have a massage due to tied schedule of mine.

Not sure if this place exists or not but I went to the Arcade and there’s no unit under this business name. Then I called, the lady said she is not there and I asked for refund. She did after I asked & called multiple times. Please be mindful Treatwell DOES NOT have the authority to refund you if this happens to you. So I’d highly suggest not to do prepaid with this place if you fancy a try.

Hollywood wax was cheaper than other waxes in the area, so I accepted it would be a different experience. The shop is in elephant and castle arcade, but the windows are all boarded up which was a bit dodgy. The wax itself was not good, it took her like 4 goes each time to take the strip off, so it was more painful than I am used to (been waxing monthly for 2 years). Eventually I quit 2/3 of the way through as I couldn’t hack it anymore. She offered me a refund but never messaged anything.
