Its a very clinical facial even to the point bright lights no music and not very relaxing as you have the share the room with another client ! I wasn't asked anything about my skin or told what they was doing next. The fire alarm went off which was no fault of theirs and the other client was coughing the whole time. It was extremely uncomfortable the other client was even on the phone and had it on loud speaker?! The facial itself was ok but the atmosphere was awful
