The salon was clean and very welcoming. Mai was very professional and knew what look I wanted just from my description. She took her time to discuss preferences and made my feel comfortable. My eyebrows are great and I would recommend this salon!

Staff were pleasant but there was no consultation as to what shape or colour I wanted for my eye brows. After my first treatment my brows looked ok but needed a little more colour on my follow up visit it was a different theorist again there was no consultation and on completion my brows were quite a bit larger and extremely dark.
