Venue told me they don't offer this service and don't have any therapist to accommodate and then gave me another date and time. I received a text an hour after my appointment to be told hey cant see me and to contact treatwell for a refund. poor service not professional and would not recommend them.

Avoid. Booked an euebrow wax in,drove 30 minutes to get to the clinic, clinic was shut. Called Sarah, no answer, eventually the calls stopped going through. I pre paid.
