Fauzia is just brilliant. It's the best deep tissue massage around that really sorts out your whole body - even your scalp and face, where you might not realise you hold loads of tension. My muscles were all unkinked and I felt so relaxed yet energised afterwards. Thanks as ever Fauzia!

The piercer was lovely and professional but the piercings put in my ear were dirty and not silver plated as promised, which caused an infection. I know this, because I bought a spare pair of the same earring from the salon and when I got them home and looked at them, they were black and tarnished copper coloured rather than silver. My piercings became irritated and when I consulted another piercer at a specialist place, they confirmed that the earrings in my ear were not properly silver plated and looked a tarnished and dirty so had caused the infection, hence why my cleaning with saline wasn’t enough. I recommend that this salon clean the earring and check it before putting it in ears in future.
